According to Statistics Estonia, in October, the turnover of retail trade enterprises was 896 million euros. Compared with October 2021, turnover decreased by 4% at constant prices.
According to Statistics Estonia, the unemployment rate was 6.2%, the employment rate was 65.2% and the labour force participation rate was 69.4% in 2015. The unemployment level was significantly lower and the employment rate and labour force participation rate higher than in 2014. Compared to 2014, labour market indicators improved thanks to the results of the first three quarters, whereas in the 4th quarter the situation changed.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2019, a household member spent an average of 489 euros per month, which is 81 euros more than in 2016. The share of compulsory expenditure, i.e. unavoidable food and dwelling expenses in the household budget has decreased by 3% in three years.

According to Statistics Estonia, in the 1st quarter of 2019, the total production of Estonian construction enterprises in Estonia and foreign countries increased by 2% compared to the 1st quarter of 2018. Construction volume increased due to the work done in foreign countries. On the Estonian construction market, construction volume decreased.
On Sunday, 9 December, Statistics Estonia launches the Household Budget Survey, to collect data from households on their daily expenditure and consumption. The survey runs until the end of 2019.
