In June, the producer price index of industrial output increased

According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2015, the producer price index of industrial output changed by 0.2% compared to May 2015 and by -1.7% compared to June 2014.

In June, compared to the previous month, the producer price index was more than average influenced by an increase in prices in mining and in the manufacture of food products, but also by a decrease in prices in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply and in the manufacture of fuel oils.

Compared to June 2014, the producer price index was more than average influenced by a decrease in prices in the manufacture of electronic products and in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply and in the manufacture of wood and wood products, but also by an increase in prices in mining and in the manufacture of metals.

In June 2015, the export price index changed by -0.1% compared to May 2015 and by -3.5% compared to June 2014.

In June, compared to the previous month, the prices of electricity, metals, wood and food products decreased more than average, while the prices of motor vehicles and their parts, building materials and textile products increased more than average.

In June 2015, the import price index changed by -0.8% compared to May 2015 and by -2.4% compared to June 2014.

In June, compared to the previous month, the prices of agricultural products, metals and oil products decreased more than average, while the prices of building materials and electricity increased more than average.
