“In the third quarter, the total number of vacant and occupied posts was a little under 604,000. According to Statistics Estonia, in the 2nd quarter of 2019, there were 11,180 job vacancies in the enterprises, institutions and organisations of Estonia. The number has remained stable since the 1st quarter of 2017.
