HICP flash estimate: prices down by 0.5% in November

According to the preliminary estimate of Statistics Estonia, in November 2025, the harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP), which includes the expenditures of tourists, decreased by 0.5% compared with October. Compared with November last year, the HICP rose by 4.7%. This is a flash estimate, which will be refined once more detailed data on November prices are received.

Since the beginning of the year the decrease in retail sales has been relatively stable compared to the same month of the previous year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in March 2010 the production of industrial enterprises rose 12% compared to March of the previous year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in February exports of goods from Estonia at current prices grew by 24% and imports to Estonia by 9% compared to February of the previous year. The growth in trade was caused mainly by the growth of exports and imports in mineral products.
