According to the preliminary estimate of Statistics Estonia, in November 2025, the harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP), which includes the expenditures of tourists, decreased by 0.5% compared with October. Compared with November last year, the HICP rose by 4.7%. This is a flash estimate, which will be refined once more detailed data on November prices are received.

According to Statistics Estonia, the construction price index fell 0.7% at constant prices in the first quarter of 2016 compared to both the 4th and the 1st quarter of 2015.

In February, the turnover growth of retail trade enterprises decelerated to some extent

According to Statistics Estonia, in February 2016 compared to February 2015, the turnover of retail trade enterprises increased 5% at constant prices. While in January, the turnover increased 8% compared to the same month of the previous year, then in February the growth decelerated to some extent.

In February, the volume of industrial production decreased

According to Statistics Estonia, in February 2016, the production of industrial enterprises decreased 2% compared to February of the previous year. Production decreased in electricity and mining, while the production of manufacturing increased.

General government balance continued in surplus

According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in 2015, the Estonian general government surplus was 0.4% and the gross debt level was 9.7% of the gross domestic product.
