According to Statistics Estonia, the consumer price index increased 3.0% in May 2010 compared to May of the previous year and 0.2% compared to April this year.
According to Statistics Estonia, 238,000 tourists stayed in accommodation establishments in October, which was 4% more than in October of the previous year. The number of both foreign and domestic tourists increased.

Compared to the 2nd quarter of 2015, the average monthly gross wages and salaries increased by 7.6% and the average hourly gross wages and salaries by 4.5%. In the 2nd quarter, the annual growth of average monthly gross wages and salaries was slightly slower than in the 1st quarter of 2016.
According to Statistics Estonia, 131,700 foreign tourists and 77,800 domestic tourists used the services of accommodation establishments in November 2013. The total number of tourists increased 7% compared to November 2012.
According to the first estimates of Statistics Estonia, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia decreased by 15.6% in the 3rd quarter of 2009 compared to the same quarter in the previous year. The GDP decreased successively for seven quarters, still the decrease decelerated in the 3rd quarter.
According to Statistics Estonia, in September, 212,000 domestic and foreign tourists stayed in accommodation establishments of Estonia, which was 15% more than in September a year ago. Compared to September of the previous year, the number of tourists from Russia and the United Kingdom increased the most.
According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in 2012 the total profit of the business sector was 2.9 billion euros, which was 7% more than a year earlier. The increase of enterprise sector’s net sales, productivity and total profit continued for the third year in a row.
