According to Statistics Estonia, in April 2019, compared to April 2018, the exports and imports of goods increased by 4%. Since the beginning of the year, exports and imports have been on an upward trend compared to the same period of the previous year.

At the same time the agricultural area has increased 8%. It shows that agricultural activity is concentrating more and more into larger holdings.
