According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2018, the producer price index of industrial output changed by 0.7% compared to May and by 2.9% compared to June 2017.

Moderate increase in the construction price index continued

According to Statistics Estonia, the change of the construction price index in the 2nd quarter of 2018 was 0.3% compared to the previous quarter and 2.0% compared to the 2nd quarter of 2017.

In May, more tourists stayed in accommodation establishments than a year ago

According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2018, domestic and foreign tourists staying in accommodation establishments numbered 304,000, which is 2% more than in May 2017. The number of both domestic and foreign tourists increased.

In May, the turnover growth of retail trade enterprises accelerated

According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2018, compared to May of the previous year, the turnover of retail trade enterprises increased 3% at constant prices. While in April, the turnover increased 1% compared to the same month of the previous year, the growth accelerated slightly in May.
