According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2017, the production of industrial enterprises increased 13% compared to May of the previous year. Production increased in the energy sector and mining and quarrying as well as in manufacturing.

According to Statistics Estonia, in the 1st quarter of 2017, the Dwelling Price Index changed by -0.1% compared to the 4th quarter of 2016 and by 7.7% compared to the 1st quarter of 2016.

This is the highest number of job vacancies in the past 8 years. While in the previous quarter, the number of job vacancies reached slightly above 9,000, in the 1st quarter, the number of job vacancies increased by 24%.

According to Statistics Estonia, the change of the consumer price index in May 2017 was 0.2% compared to April 2017 and 3.3% compared to May of the previous year.
