According to Statistics Estonia, in the second quarter of 2024, the dwelling price index increased by 6.7% compared with the same period in 2023 and by 2.8% compared with the first quarter of 2024.

Helga Laurmaa, leading analyst at Statistics Estonia, said that 119,000 foreign and 128,000 domestic tourists were accommodated in Estonia in November 2024. The producer price index of industrial output, which expresses changes in the producer prices of industrial goods manufactured in Estonia for the domestic market and for export, increased by 0.3% in December 2022 compared with November 2022 and by 16.6% compared with December 2021.
