According to Statistics Estonia, in November 2012, exports from Estonia amounted to 1.15 billion euros and imports to Estonia to 1.14 billion euros at current prices. The surplus was registered in trade as exports were bigger than imports by 15 million euros.
According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2012, exports of goods from Estonia increased by 7% at current prices and imports to Estonia by 14% compared to June of the previous year. Faster growth in imports compared to exports increased also the trade deficit.
According to Statistics Estonia, in February 2011 exports grew by 34% and imports by 45% compared to the same month of the previous year. The trade deficit increased also due to the bigger growth in imports than in exports.
According to Statistics Estonia, in March exports of goods from Estonia amounted to 9.7 billion kroons at current prices and imports to Estonia to 12.5 billion kroons. Compared to March of the previous year, exports and imports increased in all main commodity sections.
According to Statistics Estonia, in October this year compared to October of the previous year, exports of goods grew by 47% and imports by 38% at current prices. Exports to Sweden increased 2.2 times, mainly influenced by the increase in dispatches of machinery and equipment.
According to Statistics Estonia, in October 2009 compared to October of the previous year, the production of industrial enterprises decreased 21%. In the earlier months of this year, the decrease remained within 30% compared to the same period of the previous year.
According to Statistics Estonia, the data from the innovation survey show that 48% of enterprises covered with the survey were technologically innovative in 2008 and 35% of them had implemented during the last three years organisational or marketing innovation. For a quarter of enterprises the innovativeness resulted in environmental benefits either within enterprise or for customer.
According to Statistics Estonia, in March 2012, exports of goods from Estonia decreased by 1% but imports increased by 2% at current prices compared to March of the previous year. Since January this year, both exports and imports have increased each month compared to the previous month.
