According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in 2010 exports of goods from Estonia amounted to 8.75 billion euros at current prices and imports to Estonia made up 9.27 billion euros. Last year exports of goods exceeded the highest level so far (the level of 2008) where the turnover of exports amounted to 8.47 billion euros.

According to Statistics Estonia, in April 2012 compared to April of the previous year, the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 6% at constant prices.

Compared to October 2015, the exports of goods of Estonian origin increased by 3% and re-exports, i.e. the exportation of goods imported from a foreign country, stayed at the same level.

Since the beginning of the year the decrease in retail sales has been relatively stable compared to the same month of the previous year.
