According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2015 compared to June of the previous year, the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 10% at constant prices. Retail sales increased 6% in April and 8% in May compared to the same month of the previous year, whereas in June the retail sales growth accelerated even more.

According to Statistics Estonia, in the 1st quarter of 2020, the average monthly gross wages and salaries were 1,404 euros, which is 4.8% higher than the year before. In quarterly comparison, the increase is the most modest in recent years.

According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2014, the producer price index of industrial output changed by –0.2% compared to May 2014 and by –3.1% compared to June 2013.
Foreign trade in goods was up in December but down in 2024 as a whole

Jane Leppmets, foreign trade analyst at Statistics Estonia, said that there was a marked decline in trade in goods in the first quarter of 2024, as exports were down by 16% and imports by 11%. “In the third quarter, imports were unchanged and there was a slight uptrend in exports. The positive trend was even more noticeable in the fourth quarter, with exports increasing by 6% and imports by 7%,” explained Leppmets.
