People sleep on average 14 minutes longer, work 18 minutes less and dedicate 40 minutes more to spending leisure time per day than ten years ago, appeared from the Time Use Survey 2010 of Statistics Estonia. The previous survey was conducted in 2000.

According to Statistics Estonia, in January 2019 compared to December 2018, the change of the consumer price index was –0.2% and compared to January of the previous year, 2.7%.

According to Statistics Estonia, in April 2023, the total production of industrial enterprises decreased by 15.1% at constant prices compared with the corresponding month of 2022. The results of Statistics Estonia's Tourism Survey of 2022 show that Estonian residents made over a million outbound overnight trips last year, which is 90% more than in 2021. The number of overnight domestic trips was nearly 2.6 million – 16% more than the year before. In 2022, the expenditures on outbound trips amounted to over 1 billion euros and the expenditures on domestic trips to more than 178 million euros.

Statistics Estonia launched an application that visualizes Estonia’s trade flows, giving a better overview of trade with other countries.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2017, the expenditure on research and development (R&D) in Estonia amounted to 304.3 million euros, which is 13% more than in 2016.
