According to Statistics Estonia, in the 4th quarter of 2008 7,300 purchase-sale transactions of real estate were notarised, which is 13% less than in the previous quarter and about a third less than in the 4th quarter of 2007.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2009, 26,550 purchase-sale transactions of real estate with the total value of 18 billion kroons were notarised.
