According to Statistics Estonia, in 2014, the average monthly gross income per employee was 954 euros. Compared to 2013, the average gross income increased 6%. The growth rate has been at this level for the last few years.

According to Statistics Estonia, yesterday, on 15 November, the Agricultural Census conducted for the sixth time in Estonia came to an end. In the course of the Census, data on agricultural activity were collected from nearly 30,000 holdings. Statistics Estonia will release preliminary results of the Census in December.

According to Statistics Estonia, 22.5% of Estonia’s population lived at risk of poverty and 3.5% in absolute poverty in 2022. Compared with 2021, the share of people living at risk of poverty decreased by 0.3 percentage points and the share of people living in absolute poverty increased by 2.1 percentage points.

“Last year, the average number of museum visits per person in Estonia was 1.9. The highest museum attendance was seen in Saare and Lääne counties, where there were respectively 4.1 and 3.9 museum visits per person. In Tallinn, the city with the most museums, the average number of visits per person stood at 2.9.
