Helga Laurmaa, leading analyst at Statistics Estonia, said that 95,000 foreign and 110,000 domestic tourists were accommodated in Estonia in January 2025. Year on year, the number of domestic tourists fell, as it did in several months in 2024. The growth in retail sales accelerated to some extent in May

According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2013 compared to May of the previous year, the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 7% at constant prices. In April the retail sales increased 5% compared to the same month of the previous year, while in May the retail sales growth accelerated to some extent.

According to Statistics Estonia, in July 2011 compared to July of the previous year the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 4% at constant prices. Since February compared to the same month of the previous year, the retail sales have shown a stable growth.
