According to Statistics Estonia, in September 2009 compared to September of the previous year, the production of industrial enterprises decreased 30%. Since February the decrease in production has been within the limits of 30% compared to the same month of the previous year.
In June the trade deficit increased

According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2012, exports of goods from Estonia increased by 7% at current prices and imports to Estonia by 14% compared to June of the previous year. Faster growth in imports compared to exports increased also the trade deficit.

According to Statistics Estonia, in August 2010 the production of industrial enterprises grew 23% compared to August of the previous year. This year the growth of production has mainly influenced by the increase in external demand, since domestic market has slightly livened up only during the last months.
