According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2014, exports of goods decreased by 9% and imports by 4% at current prices compared to May of the previous year. The decrease in exports and imports was mostly influenced by a fall in the trade of electrical equipment and mechanical appliances.
According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2013, exports of goods increased by 6% at current prices while imports remained at the same level compared to May of the previous year. Exports increased also compared to April of this year.

Today, on 5 March, Statistics Estonia launched an Internet-based map application, which enables to create thematic maps and perform spatial queries based on the results of the 2011 Population and Housing Census (PHC).
