According to Statistics Estonia, in 2008 the attendance of Estonian museums was 1,540 visits per thousand inhabitants. The museum attendance that had been at a low level after the re-independence of Estonia has significantly increased during the last decade.
According to Statistics Estonia, in the 4th quarter of 2008 the percentage change of the consumer price index was 0.6% compared to the 3rd quarter and 8.3% compared to the 4th quarter of the previous year.

Thursday, 3 November is the last day one can apply for the enumerator’s post at the Population and Housing Census starting at the end of the year. For conducting the Population Census, Statistics Estonia recruits 2,000 enumerators as total.
