According to Statistics Estonia, in the second quarter of 2020, the Dwelling Price Index decreased by 5.8% compared to the first quarter, but increased by 4% compared to the second quarter of 2019.

The year-on-year growth in average monthly gross wages and salaries was 1.1 percentage points faster than in the previous quarter.
