According to Statistics Estonia, in November 2009 exports of goods from Estonia at current prices totalled 9.1 billion kroons and imports to Estonia amounted to 10.3 billion kroons. Compared to November 2008, total exports declined by 8% but exports of mineral products (incl. petroleum products) and of wood and products thereof increased.

According to Statistics Estonia, the most popular film in Estonian cinemas in 2016 was the Estonian comedy “Class Reunion”. In the cinema attendance rankings since the restoration of independence, “Class Reunion” came second after James Cameron’s “Avatar”.

According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in 2015, the production of industrial enterprises fell 2% compared to the previous year. Production decreased in energy and mining as well as in manufacturing.
