What kind of survey is it? The aim of the survey is to determine how satisfied residents are with their living environment and the quality of services provided by their municipality. The survey asks for an assessment of mobility, sports and cultural leisure facilities, living environment, public maintenance, provision of general services, and local governance. eSTAT is replaced by a new self-service environment Starting from 2025, data can be submitted to Statistics Estonia in the new self-service environment at uuringud.stat.ee . To make data submission as easy and convenient as possible, all questionnaires will be updated in the new environment. Currently, only some of the questionnaires have been updated, however, the goal is to update all enterprise questionnaires by the end of 2026.
