According to Statistics Estonia, in the 3rd quarter of 2013, the Dwelling Price Index changed by 5.3% compared to the 2nd quarter and by 11.1% compared to the 3rd quarter of the previous year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in the 3rd quarter of 2014, the average monthly gross wages and salaries were 977 euros and the average hourly gross wages and salaries were 5.89 euros.
