Jane Leppmets, foreign trade analyst at Statistics Estonia, said that the most significant changes in April concerned extra-EU trade. “Exports to EU countries were up by 8% and imports from the EU fell by 1%. In trade with non-EU countries, exports declined by 10% while imports grew by 16%. Year on year, there were decreased exports from Estonia to the United States, Russia and Singapore, and increased imports from Turkey and Switzerland,” explained Leppmets. The number of museum visits was record high last year

According to Statistics Estonia, the museum attendance in Estonia grew 24% in 2011 compared to the previous year and even 30% compared to the average of the five previous years.

According to Statistics Estonia, in December 2010 compared to the same month of the previous year the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 5% at constant prices. Retail sales grew for the fourth month in succession.

According to Statistics Estonia, in March 2016, exports of goods decreased by 3% and imports by 1% compared to March of the previous year. In the 1st quarter exports decreased 2% and imports increased 1%.
