According to Statistics Estonia, in January, the consumer price index increased by 1.4% compared with December and by 4.7% compared with January 2023. Goods were 2.9% and services 7.9% more expensive than in January last year.

Collected data revealed that the educational attainment of the population continues to rise. The level of education of foreigners living in here has also increased significantly. According to Statistics Estonia, in the second quarter of 2023, the total production value of Estonian construction enterprises in Estonia and abroad decreased by 12% at constant prices compared with the second quarter of 2022. Considering only the domestic market, the fall in construction volume was 14%.
