The first-ever relationship survey*, conducted by Statistics Estonia, points to several areas of concern in Estonian people's intimate relationships. During the first days of June, Statistics Estonia tested readiness to conduct an online survey of the Population and Housing Census in a new survey application. According to the census project manager Liina Osila, the testing was successful and Statistics Estonia is technologically ready for the census.

The recognition of best data story was given to the publication " Kuidas mõista andmestunud maailma? Metodoloogiline teejuht" ("Making sense of the datafied world - a methodological guide"). 38 authors contributed to the publication, which was edited by Anu Masso, Katrin Tiidenberg and Andra Siibak. The recognition of best infographic was given to " Õendustöötajate ambulatoorsed vastuvõtud ja koduvisiidid" ("Out-patient consultations and home visits of nursing staff"). Its authors are Viktoria Kirpu and Eva Anderson from the National Institute for Health Development.

Conscious and purposeful data collection for producing official statistics started in Estonia 101 years ago. The virtual exhibition 100 Years of Estonian Statistics concludes the year of the 100th anniversary of Statistics Estonia by taking the viewers on a discovery trip from the first official data on the population of Estonia to the classified statistics of the Soviet Union.
