These are divided into three main groups: labour, building materials and building machines. The calculation of the construction price index covers four groups of buildings: detached houses, blocks of flats, industrial buildings and office buildings. Price information is collected by a sample survey covering construction, rental and wholesale companies and retail enterprises in ten cities. The construction price index is published quarterly.
