According to Statistics Estonia's data, Estonian power plants produced 5,686 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity and 4,323 GWh of heat in 2023. Compared with 2022, electricity production was down by 37% and heat production by 15%.

According to Statistics Estonia, in October 2018, domestic and foreign tourists who stayed in accommodation establishments numbered 274,000, which is 1% more than in October 2017. Compared to October of the previous year, the number of domestic tourists increased and the number of foreign tourists decreased.

The producer price index of industrial output, which expresses changes in the producer prices of industrial goods manufactured in Estonia for the domestic market and for export, increased by 1.0% in May 2024 compared with April and decreased by 1.6% compared with May last year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in April 2021, the turnover of retail trade enterprises was 656 million euros. Compared to April 2020, turnover increased by 23% at constant prices – the increase was mainly the result of both trade enterprises and consumers adjusting to the restrictions related to the coronavirus crisis.
