According to the second estimates of Statistics Estonia, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia increased 2.4% in the 2nd quarter of 2014 compared to the 2nd quarter of the previous year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in the 2nd quarter of 2014 compared to the same quarter of the previous year, the total production of Estonian construction enterprises in Estonia and foreign countries decreased 4%. The construction volumes have decreased for three quarters in a row.

According to Statistics Estonia, in December 2015 compared to December 2014, the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 10% at constant prices. While in November, the retail sales increased 6% compared to the same month of the previous year, in December the retail sales growth accelerated.

Robert Müürsepp, the National Accounts Service Manager at Statistics Estonia, said that the flash estimate indicates a slight improvement in the economy compared with the fourth quarter of 2024, while the trend was unchanged compared with the third quarter of 2025. “The seasonally and working-day adjusted GDP remained at the same level as in the third quarter,” added Müürsepp. What is the flash estimate of GDP? The official data on GDP for the fourth quarter of 2025 will be published on 2 March, but it is possible to assess the overall economic trend based on the information already available

According to the flash estimates of Statistics Estonia, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia in the 4th quarter of 2013 stayed at the same level compared to the 4th quarter of 2012. In 2013, the Estonian economy grew 0.7% compared to the previous year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2010, the average monthly gross wages and salaries were 792 euros (12,397 kroons) and the hourly gross wages and salaries were 4.78 euros (74.84 kroons). Compared to 2009, the average monthly gross wages and salaries were by 1.1% higher and the average hourly gross wages and salaries were by 0.4% lower.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2019, the construction price index increased by 1.9% compared to the average of 2018. In the 4th quarter of 2019, compared to the 3rd quarter, the construction price index changed by 0.5%, and compared to the 4th quarter of 2018, by 1.7%.
