According to Statistics Estonia, in the 3rd quarter of 2019, the Dwelling Price Index changed by 8.1% compared to the 3rd quarter of 2018 and by 2.4% compared to the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Helga Laurmaa, leading analyst at Statistics Estonia, said that 133,800 foreign and 117,500 domestic tourists were accommodated in Estonia in April 2025.
