According to Statistics Estonia, the construction price index fell 0.9% in the 3rd quarter of 2010 compared to the 3rd quarter of the previous year. Compared to the 2nd quarter of 2010, the construction price index increased 1.2%.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2023, the total production of industrial enterprises fell by 10.5% at constant prices compared with the year before. Output decreased in all three industrial sectors: by 21% in electricity production, by 9.8% in manufacturing, and by 4.7% in mining.

The first population and housing census in re-independent Estonia was carried out from 31 March to 9 April in 2000. According to Statistics Estonia, the percentage change of the construction price index in the 3rd quarter of 2012 was 1.3% compared to the 2nd quarter and 5.0% compared to the 3rd quarter of the previous year. The quarterly change was mostly influenced by an increase in labour costs and the annual change by an increase in the cost of building materials.

According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in 2014 the total production of Estonian construction enterprises in Estonia and in foreign countries amounted to 2.1 billion euros, which is 3% less than in 2013. If only the Estonian construction market is considered, the construction volumes decreased 2%.
