Helga Laurmaa, leading analyst at Statistics Estonia, said that 108,000 foreign and 109,000 domestic tourists were accommodated in Estonia in March 2025. “The number of foreign tourists was 7% lower than in March last year and it was also smaller compared with March 2019 (down by 13%),” explained Laurmaa. According to Statistics Estonia, in the 1st quarter of 2019, the Dwelling Price Index changed by 5.9% compared to the 1st quarter of the previous year. In yearly comparison, the Dwelling Price Index has shown an upward trend for the past nine years. Compared to the 4th quarter of 2018, the Dwelling Price Index changed by 1.7%.
