According to Statistics Estonia, in the 1st quarter of 2017 compared to the same quarter of the previous year, the total production of Estonian construction enterprises in Estonia and foreign countries increased 20%. Taking into account only the Estonian construction market, the construction volumes increased 18%. It is the biggest increase in construction volumes in the last five years.

The decline on construction market, which remained within 30% since the beginning of 2009 compared to the same quarter of the previous year, slowed down in the 2nd quarter this year.
According to Statistics Estonia, in February 2017, the producer price index of industrial output changed by 0.0% compared to January and by 3.9% compared to February 2016.
