According to Statistics Estonia, in 2014, the production of electricity totalled 12.4 terawatt-hours, which is over 6% less than in the previous year. Electricity production  from renewable sources increased nearly 13% compared to 2013.

According to Statistics Estonia, in April 2015, the production of industrial enterprises remained at the same level as in April of the previous year. Production increased in manufacturing and mining, but decreased in energy production.

According to the flash estimates of Statistics Estonia, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia increased 1.2% in the 1st quarter of 2015 compared to the 1st quarter of 2014.
