The crisis commission of the Government of the Republic issued an order to Statistics Estonia for the preparation of analytical output using anonymous data from electronic communications, with the purpose to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). According to Statistics Estonia, the change of the consumer price index in June 2020 was 0.9% compared to May 2020 and –1% compared to June of the previous year. Compared to June 2019, goods were 0.8% and services 1.2% cheaper.
