According to the flash estimates of Statistics Estonia, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia increased 2.7% in the 4th quarter of 2014 compared to the 4th quarter of 2013. The annual GDP growth in 2014 was 1.8% compared to the previous year.

Compared to the 3rd quarter of 2011, the average monthly gross wages and salaries increased 5.7% and the average hourly gross wages and salaries increased 8.1%.

According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2015 compared to May of the previous year, the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 8% at constant prices. While in April retail sales increased 6% compared to the same month of the previous year, then in May the growth in retail sales accelerated slightly.
