The data used for the analysis will be entirely anonymous and not real-time. Statistics Estonia will compile the analyses of the mobile network operators and produce an overview for the whole country. The first results are expected to be available in the coming week. The reason for the new decision is the obligation of the operators to protect personal data and ensure anonymity.

According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2019, turnover of retail trade enterprises amounted to 646 million euros. Compared to May of the previous year, turnover increased 2% at constant prices. In April, the turnover had increased 8% compared to the same month of the previous year, while in May the increase decelerated.
