According to Statistics Estonia, in November 2011, 184,000 domestic and foreign tourists stayed in accommodation establishments of Estonia. The number of tourists increased 12% compared to November 2010.
According to Statistics Estonia, in November 2011 compared to November of the previous year the retail sales of goods of retail trade enterprises increased 3% at constant prices. Since February compared to the same month of the previous year, the retail sales have shown a stable growth.

Today, 8th of July, the Government of the Republic approved the regulation, which allows Statistics Estonia during a two-year transition period to ask economic units the data already submitted to the Business Register in their annual reports.
