Final list of the holdings whom Statistics Estonia expects to submit data at the 2010 Agricultural Census was completed by the beginning of August. The Agricultural Census will be conducted from 1 September to 15 November.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2010, the production of electricity of Estonian power stations totalled nearly 13,000 gigawatt-hours, which is about a half more than a year earlier. The production of other types of fuels also increased.

According to Statistics Estonia, the Agricultural Census is conducted in Estonia from 1 September to 15 November, in the course of which the data on agricultural production will be collected from nearly 30,000 holdings. For the first time it is possible to participate in the census also via Internet.
