According to Statistics Estonia, in 2011 the gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 7.6% compared to the previous year. In the 4th quarter, GDP growth decelerated to 4.5% according to the second estimates.
In 2017, exports of goods from Estonia totalled 12.9 billion euros and imports to Estonia 14.7 billion euros at current prices. Trade turnover increased for the second consecutive year, exports grew by 8%, or approximately 1 billion euros and imports grew by 9%, or 1.2 billion euros compared to 2016.
According to Statistics Estonia, in January 2020, compared to January 2019, the exports of goods decreased by 1% and imports by 9%. While overall exports declined, there was an increase in the exports of agricultural products and food preparations, and in particular, cereals.

According to the second estimates of Statistics Estonia, in 2012 the gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 3.2% compared to the previous year. In the 4th quarter of 2012 compared to the same quarter of 2011, the GDP grew by 3.7%.
According to Statistics Estonia, in July 2017, the producer price index of industrial output changed by 0.4% compared to June and by 4.1% compared to July 2016.
According to Statistics Estonia, in June, exports of goods increased by 26% and imports by 45% year on year. In the second quarter as a whole, exports grew by 41% and imports by 49% year on year.
