According to Statistics Estonia, in the 1st quarter of 2019, the Dwelling Price Index changed by 5.9% compared to the 1st quarter of the previous year. In yearly comparison, the Dwelling Price Index has shown an upward trend for the past nine years. Compared to the 4th quarter of 2018, the Dwelling Price Index changed by 1.7%.
According to Statistics Estonia, in August 2019, compared to August 2018, the exports of goods decreased by 3% and imports by 7%. The trade decrease was mainly due to declined exports and imports of mineral products (shale oil, motor spirit, fuel additives and electricity).
According to Statistics Estonia, in October, 289,000 tourists stayed in Estonian accommodation establishments, which is 5% more than in October 2018. The number of nights spent by tourists increased by 7%.
According to Statistics Estonia, in April 2019, the change in the producer price index of industrial output was 0.7% compared to March 2019 and 1.6% compared to April 2018.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2018, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia increased 3.9% compared to 2017. For the third consecutive year the economic growth in Estonia was faster than 3%. In the 4th quarter of 2018, the Estonian economy increased by 4.2% compared to the 4th quarter of 2017.
According to Statistics Estonia, 21.7% of the Estonian population lived at risk of poverty and 2.4% lived in absolute poverty in 2018. Compared to 2017, the share of people at risk of poverty decreased by 0.2 percentage points and the share of those living in absolute poverty by 0.3 percentage points.
According to Statistics Estonia, the employment of 50–74 year olds keeps growing. The number of employed people of that age group is the highest in 10 years.
