According to Statistics Estonia, in July 2013, the production of industrial enterprises increased by 8% compared to July of the previous year. The growth in the production was most of all influenced by the manufacture of electronic products, and production of electricity and peat.
According to Statistics Estonia, in May, exports of goods increased by 47% and imports by 50% year on year. Trade growth was influenced in addition to last year’s low reference base by exports and imports of mineral fuels, electrical equipment and transport equipment.
According to Statistics Estonia and Eesti Pank, in the second quarter of 2023, Estonia’s exports of services grew by 8% and imports by 2% at current prices compared with the same quarter of 2022. Sales of services to non-residents totalled 2.9 billion euros and purchases of services from non-residents amounted to 2.2 billion euros.
According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2011 the production of industrial enterprises grew 26% compared to May of the previous year. If during the last eight months the production grew around 30%, then in May the growth of industrial production slightly slowed down compared to May of the previous year.
According to Statistics Estonia, in April, exports of goods increased by 54% and imports by 51% year on year. The trade growth was influenced by last year’s low reference base as well as by the increase in exports and imports of mineral products, electrical equipment and transport equipment.
According to Statistics Estonia, in September 2013, exports of goods decreased by 8% and imports by 2% at current prices compared to September of the previous year. Exports and imports have declined for four successive months, compared to the same month of the previous year. During the nine months of 2013, exports declined by 1% compared to the same period of 2012.
According to Statistics Estonia, in September, exports of goods increased by 30% and imports by 37% year on year. In the third quarter, exports grew by 34% and imports by 35%.
According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in 2013 the production of industrial enterprises grew 3% compared to the previous year. Both export sales and the sales on the domestic market increased.
