Gender pay gap refers to the difference in average gross hourly wages and salaries of male and female employees by economic activity. It is calculated as gross hourly wages and salaries of male employees, less gross hourly wages and salaries of female employees, divided by gross hourly wages and salaries of male employees. All economically active enterprises, institutions and organisations with at least one employee are taken into account.

At the same time, the number of international students was smaller, while the number of international graduates continued to rise. This is the highest number of job vacancies in the past 8 years. While in the previous quarter, the number of job vacancies reached slightly above 9,000, in the 1st quarter, the number of job vacancies increased by 24%.
